First Stiff Upgrade Shaft

Ordered this shaft as my first Stiff shaft for my driver, as my swing was getting too fast to feel the clubhead on a regular flex. I wanted something that was affordable, but also predictable and even. No counterbalancing or other engineered feeling in the shaft.

I was nervous about the Alpha shaft because I hardly see them marketed or reviewed, The Platinum delivered. My club head speed with the new shaft averaged at 110mph, and it felt like I could swing that all day long without any doubt. Very predictable feel and head control, and I never imagined 275+ drives becoming a regular part of my game before playing this shaft.

G4L also built the shaft quickly, got it to me much quicker then expected.

Awesome turnaround time.

The shaft is sick, my dispersion is so much tighter now. Carry distance went up like 7 yards since I finally have a stiff enough shaft. I snapped 4 shafts so far this year just creating too much whip, but I finally feel like I am in complete control of my driver face again. I still hit a stock fade as a lefty, but now I can turn it over when need be. Consistently shooting in the mid 70's.
