I have a callaway mavrik 4 wood that doesn't have an adapter, with the measurements needed could I get this shaft made ready to glue in ?

Sorry, we don't do shaft trimming on wood shafts, unless they are ordered as an assembled shaft with adapter tip + grip. The reason is because we find it's more accurate if your local club-builder has the head and shaft together to determine trimming needed (to achieve final playing length). Correct. You would be able to just plug and play with this shaft, as no additional assembly is needed.

What is the difference between 5 series and 6 series?
The 6 Series is about 10g heavier in weight. Also 6 Series is only available in Regular and Stiff flex, while 5 Series is also available in Ladies and Senior flexes.
